Telecaller – Customer Support & Sales

Role Overview We are hiring a Telecaller who will manage both customer support and sales follow-ups. The role includes resolving warranty/complaints, ensuring smooth deliveries, collecting feedback, and converting abandoned carts into successful purchases (with incentives for each conversion). Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls related to warranty, complaints, or product issues. Coordinate with delivery/logistics partners to resolve shipment delays. Proactively call customers to collect feedback and build loyalty. Reach out to customers with abandoned carts, explain product benefits, and encourage purchase. Maintain records of calls, issues, and conversions in the system. Work closely with operations and customer success teams to ensure timely resolutions and happy customers. Requirements Prior experience in customer support / telecalling / inside sales preferred. Strong communication skills in Hindi & English. Customer-first attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to handle objections. Basic comfort with CRM tools or Excel.
