E-Commerce Manager

You will be responsible for Vendor Management, which includes identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new vendors and suppliers in alignment with business goals. You will also be maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing vendors to ensure quality, compliance, and performance. Negotiating contracts, pricing, SLAs, and terms with suppliers to optimize cost and value will be a key part of your role. Monitoring vendor performance using KPIs and scorecards, as well as conducting regular performance reviews, will be essential. Additionally, you will need to resolve vendor disputes, manage risks, and ensure adherence to company standards and ethical practices. In terms of Product Acquisition, you will lead the end-to-end product sourcing and procurement process from market research to onboarding. Collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams to identify product gaps and sourcing opportunities will be necessary. Analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, and customer demand to inform purchasing decisions is also a critical aspect of the role. Ensuring the availability of products in line with inventory targets and demand forecasts will be part of your responsibilities. You will own the product onboarding process, including pricing, content requirements, packaging guidelines, and timelines. Key skills required for this role include prior experience in marketplaces, eCommerce, or agribusiness, which is a big plus. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of online marketplaces, e-commerce logistics, and inventory strategies. A data-driven mindset with experience using Excel, Google Sheets, or analytics tools is necessary. Excellent communication and organizational skills are also key, as well as the ability to handle a team. Being a problem-solver with emotional intelligence and strategic thinking will be advantageous for this position.
