Job Description

Role Overview Drive online growth for our diverse product portfolio as an E-commerce Manager. You’ll own end-to-end operations for our Amazon and Flipkart storefronts, from sales strategy to execution, ensuring seamless customer experiences and maximizing revenue. Key Responsibilities Platform Management: - List, optimize, and manage product catalogs across Amazon & Flipkart (SEO, content, images, pricing). - Handle daily operations: inventory sync, order processing, returns, and compliance. Sales Growth: - Run promotions, deals, and sponsored ads to boost visibility and conversions. - Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Performance Tracking:- Monitor KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, ACoS, ratings) and adjust strategies for ROI. - Manage marketplace dashboards and generate weekly performance reports. Logistics & Compliance: - Coordinate with warehouses/suppliers for timely fulfillment (FBA/FBF). - Ensure GST-compliant invoicing and resolve marketplace policy issues. Skills Required Must-Have:- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub. - Expertise in marketplace SEO, PPC ads, and promotional tools. - Analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets, dashboard tools like SellerApp/Helium 10).Preferred: - Knowledge of inventory forecasting and GST/e-invoicing. - Experience with multi-product categories.
