E-Commerce Fulfilment & Operations Specialist

Role Title: E-Commerce Fulfilment & Operations Specialist Location: Lucknow Reporting to: E-Commerce Head About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to join our team as an E-Commerce Fulfilment & Operations Specialist. The role focuses on ensuring seamless order processing, efficient inventory management, and timely delivery, while enhancing the customer’s overall shopping experience. Key Responsibilities 1. Manage the end-to-end e-commerce fulfilment process, from order receipt to last-mile delivery. 2. Coordinate with courier/logistics partners, and internal teams for smooth operations. 3. Monitor daily order flows, track SLAs (dispatch & delivery timelines), and proactively resolve exceptions. 4. Ensure accurate inventory management across online platforms (website + marketplaces). 5. Liaise with customer service for order-related queries, replacements, and escalations. 6. Optimize packaging, shipping costs, and returns handling to reduce operational leakage. 7. Maintain reports on order status, stock movement, delivery performance, and returns. 8. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to support campaigns with fulfilment readiness. 9. Identify process gaps and contribute ideas to improve fulfilment efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requirements Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Business, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce fulfilment, logistics, or supply chain operations. Strong knowledge of marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento). Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP/WMS systems is an advantage. Strong problem-solving, communication, and vendor management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
