Job Description

Process and manage daily orders received from e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc. Coordinate with the warehouse team for accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders. Ensure timely dispatch of orders as per platform SLAs and delivery timelines. Generate invoices, shipping labels, and dispatch documents through the ERP or e-commerce portals. Update order status, tracking details, and inventory movement on respective platforms. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with accounts and purchase teams to avoid stock-outs or over-selling. Handle returns, replacements, RTOs, and damaged goods as per platform policies. Maintain daily dispatch reports, order reconciliation, and MIS in Excel. Coordinate with courier partners and logistics teams for smooth deliveries. Ensure compliance with platform guidelines, packaging standards, and company policies. Resolve order-related issues such as delays, cancellations, and customer complaints in coordination with support teams. Support sales and e-commerce managers with data, reports, and operational insights.
