E - Commerce Executive

Responsibilities

• Manager account communication on promotions and execution opportunities to the frontline.
• Overseeing the smooth execution of sales promotional strategies such as sales schemes, campaigns, test marketing, free sampling, and demonstration programs for market development.
• Maintains customer focus to proactively identify opportunities to improve service to the customer, quickly and effectively responds to customer problems, and partners with other functions/departments to meet customer needs.
• Responsible for executing the business plan and communicating the strategy to drive revenue and results effectively.
• Anticipates how business plans and actions will impact both the organization and the customer financially.
• Takes action to proactively resolve issues and identify improvements.
• Makes sound trade-offs of time, effort, and resources to effectively manage multiple demands.
• To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company's payment terms.
• Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans.
• Coordinate with the extension team and update customer feedback in terms of marketing, operations support, Stock Alignment, and in-store support for sales improvement.
• Summarizes and disseminates information on time with appropriate frequency.
• Ensure information reaches all parties who require information to avoid unnecessary surprises.
