Job Description

Responsibilities

Supervise daily accounting processes.
Following up with the clients for accounts receivable.
Supervise Accounts payable and cash reconciliation processes with team members.
Review accounting ledger entries.
Weekly reconciliations on specific accounts.
Organize monthly GST and other statutory returns.
Maintain the fixed assets register.
Manage the buy-out and sale of stores process.
Oversee the dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Prepare and analyze financial reports to assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts and dispatch.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve processes.
