Job Title: E-Commerce Executive
Location: Ludhiana
Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹40,000
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate (Any Stream)
Experience: 3 to 5 Years in E-Commerce Management
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and handle all online portals (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
Upload and update product listings, pricing, and descriptions.
Monitor inventory and ensure smooth order processing.
Track sales performance, returns, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries.
Run promotions, offers, and campaigns on different platforms.
Prepare sales reports and suggest strategies to increase revenue.
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of online portals and e-commerce operations
Hands-on experience with product listing and catalog management.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/e-commerce tools.
Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
