Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and creative E-Commerce Executive who will manage our online store operations and brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, pricing, order management, and performance marketing, while also developing engaging content and managing social media channels for ReZa Smart Build Inc. and its brand roofmyworld.com. This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with creative flair and has a strong understanding of digital sales channels and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities🛒 E-Commerce ManagementManage listings, pricing, and inventory on e-commerce platforms (website, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.). Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords for better visibility (SEO/SEM). Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely order fulfillment. Track sales performance, customer feedback, and conversion metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, bestsellers, and areas of improvement. Manage customer queries, complaints, and returns to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist in launching new products, promotions, and campaigns across online platforms. 📱 Social Media & Digital MarketingCreate, plan, and execute content calendars across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube). Collaborate with design and content teams to produce posts, reels, and ad creatives aligned with brand identity. Run paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) to drive traffic and sales. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and maintain community relationships. Track social media insights (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare performance reports. Partner with influencers and content creators for product promotion and collaborations. 🧩 Cross-Functional CoordinationWork with sales and product teams to plan digital launches and seasonal promotions. Collaborate with the tech/web team for website updates, UX improvements, and payment integrations. Coordinate with vendors and agencies for ads, creatives, and marketplace operations. Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of e-commerce operations and online marketplaces. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Excel, and social media schedulers. Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and marketplace policies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach. Creative thinking and eye for visual aesthetics. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Educational QualificationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or Digital Media. Additional certifications in Digital Marketing / E-Commerce Management preferred.
