Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Operation Executive – Jacquard to manage daily order processing, inventory coordination, and ensure seamless backend operations for e-commerce and B2B channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of operational workflows, e-commerce platforms, and possess excellent coordination and Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day order processing via OMS panels across all marketplaces.
• Conduct physical stock checks and ensure accurate inventory maintenance.
• Coordinate with the E-commerce Manager and internal teams for timely dispatch of orders.
• Process and track B2B Purchase Orders (POs).
• Monitor packaging material inventory and alert the manager of low stock levels.
• Support the accounts team in timely recording of sales and returns entries.
• Regularly book RTV (Return to Vendor) and update the accounts department.
• Raise and follow up on Safe-T claims, shortages, and other operational claims.

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
• Languages: Hindi, Marathi, and English (spoken and written).
• 1–3 years of proven experience in operations (6–10 years overall work experience preferred).
• Mandatory: Prior experience in E-commerce operations.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
