This role is responsible for creating intricate jacquard fabric patterns using industry-standard software, ensuring designs meet both aesthetic and technical standards. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, attention to detail, and extensive knowledge of textile design to produce innovative and market-ready solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop original jacquard designs using specialized textile design, weaving design, software. Work closely with the product development team to translate concepts into manufacturable designs. Modify and optimize existing patterns based on customer feedback or technical constraints. Ensure all designs are aligned with current trends and brand direction. Collaborate with production teams to ensure fabric feasibility and color accuracy. Maintain a library of woven patterns, colorways, and technical documentation. Participate in design reviews and contribute creative input. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field. Experience: 6–10 years of experience in jacquard design within the textiles or apparel industry. Experience in garment or home furnishing sectors is a plus. Skills: Strong command of jacquard design software (e.g., Textronics, or similar) Excellent color sense and understanding of weave structures Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with international buyers or export houses Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes Compensation: 50,000 to 60,000 per month About the Company: TOPMAN INTERNATIONAL LIMITED is a textile and garment manufacturing and trading company based in Mumbai, India.
