About LuxuryKase: LuxuryKase is a rapidly growing e-commerce brand specializing in premium iPhone cases. We are passionate about design, quality, and providing our customers with stylish and protective accessories for their beloved iPhones. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, driving sales and brand visibility.

Job Summary: The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all paid advertising campaigns for LuxuryKase across Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, Flipkart, and Google Ads. This role is crucial in driving traffic, increasing conversions, and maximizing ROI for our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, a deep understanding of e-commerce performance marketing, and a passion for staying updated with the latest ad platform features and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Paid Ad Campaign Management & Optimization:

  • Facebook & Instagram Ads:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Facebook and Instagram ad strategies, including audience targeting, creative development, campaign structuring, and bidding strategies.
  • Manage and optimize ad sets and ads for various objectives (e.g., conversions, traffic, reach, lead generation).
  • Implement and monitor retargeting campaigns to engage with previous website visitors and customers.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Amazon & Flipkart Ads (Marketplace Ads):
  • Create and manage Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart.
  • Optimize product listings for visibility and conversion through keyword research and strategic bidding.
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze ACOS/ROAS, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
  • Stay updated with marketplace advertising policies and new ad formats.
  • Google Ads (Search & Display):
  • Develop and manage Google Search campaigns (PPC), including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management.
  • Set up and optimize Google Shopping campaigns for product visibility.
  • Manage Google Display Network campaigns for brand awareness and retargeting.
  • Monitor Quality Scores, CPC, and conversion rates to ensure campaign efficiency.

2. Strategy & Planning:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align ad strategies with overall business goals and product launches for LuxuryKase.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of trends in the iPhone case market.
  • Develop seasonal and promotional ad strategies to maximize sales during peak periods.

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon/Flipkart Ad Consoles).
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular, actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports on ad spend, ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and other relevant metrics.

4. Budget Management:

  • Manage ad budgets effectively across all platforms to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Forecast ad spend and performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

5. Creative & Content Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives (images, videos) and persuasive ad copy tailored for each platform and target audience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Proven 2-4 years of experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Google Ads, specifically for an e-commerce brand.
  • Demonstrable experience in driving sales and achieving strong ROI through paid advertising.
  • Proficiency in using ad platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Seller Central/Advertising Console, Flipkart Seller Hub).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent understanding of e-commerce metrics (conversion rate, AOV, CTR, CPC, ROAS, ACOS).
  • Knowledge of SEO principles is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Experience with iPhone accessories or consumer electronics is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
