E-Commerce Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences, coordinating digital marketing campaigns, and driving online sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update content on e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart).
• Ensure product listings are accurate, SEO-optimized, and visually appealing.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, etc.).
• Coordinate with the design, marketing, and inventory teams to align on promotions, launches, and campaigns.
• Handle order processing, inventory updates, and customer queries.
• Conduct competitor analysis and suggest pricing strategies.
• Execute email marketing campaigns and assist with PPC, affiliate, and social media campaigns.
• Track and report KPIs such as sales performance, customer engagement, and return rates.
• Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and data privacy standards.
• Suggest improvements to enhance the customer journey and increase online conversions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising is a plus.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
