Digital Marketing & Online Sales Specialist

With a growing online presence and loyal customer base, we are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing & Online Sales Specialist to help us expand our reach, boost sales, and create delightful shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and email marketing to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions on the company website and online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart,Shopify etc.).
• Analyze campaign and sales performance metrics, generating actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with the creative team for engaging product content (images, videos, and copywriting) aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
• Handle online customer queries and provide excellent pre- and post-sales support to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Drive conversion rate optimization through A/B testing, website improvements, and targeted promotions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce sales.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and online marketplace management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
