About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our seller accounts on Flipkart and Amazon. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of these platforms, excellent analytical skills, and a proven ability to drive online sales and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seller Account Management:
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end operations of Flipkart and Amazon Seller accounts (Seller Central, Seller Hub).
  • Monitor account health, performance metrics, and ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any account-related issues, including listing suspensions, policy violations, and customer complaints.
  • Stay updated on the latest platform changes, policies, and features to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Product Listing & Catalog Management:
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings with compelling descriptions, accurate specifications, high-quality images, and relevant keywords to improve visibility and conversions.
  • Manage individual and bulk product listings efficiently.
  • Ensure product data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all listings.
  • Categorize products correctly and update product attributes as needed.
  • Inventory & Order Management:
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and excess inventory.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth dispatch.
  • Track orders, manage returns, and resolve any fulfillment-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales data.
  • Sales & Performance Optimization:
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Implement strategies to increase sales, improve conversion rates, and enhance product visibility (e.g., A+ Content, rich listings).
  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns (e.g., Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads) to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and manage customer reviews and feedback, responding promptly and professionally to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on e-commerce performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
  • Customer Service & Relationship Management:
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to orders, products, and deliveries in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Work closely with customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and promotional activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • [Minimum] 2-5 years of proven experience in managing seller accounts on Flipkart and Amazon.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Flipkart Seller Hub and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, including listing, inventory, order fulfillment, and customer service.
  • Proficiency in using various seller tools and software on both platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to product listings on marketplaces is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,996.67 - ₹12,998.82 per month
