E-Commerce Executive

Position Overview:

The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing online product listings, optimizing sales across marketplace platforms, coordinating with internal teams for stock and order management, and ensuring smooth execution of e-commerce operations. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and understanding of hygiene/consumer products.Key Responsibilities:1. Product Listings & Content Management

• Create, update, and manage product listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, Meesho, etc.) and company website.
• Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, keywords, and category placement.
• Coordinate with design/content team for creative banners, A+ content, and product photos.

2. Marketplace Operations

• Handle day-to-day operations for all marketplace accounts.
• Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and resolve issues with marketplace support.
• Ensure timely order processing, packaging, and dispatch in coordination with warehouse/logistics.

3. Inventory & Stock Management

• Track stock levels across channels.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and dispatch team to avoid stockouts.
• Maintain healthy inventory and forecast requirement based on sales trends.

4. Pricing, Promotions & Campaigns

• Set and monitor product pricing, discounts, offers, and campaigns.
• Plan and execute promotions during special events (Big Billion Days, Prime Day, Festive Sales).
• Coordinate with finance team for margins and profitability calculations.

5. Sales Analysis & Performance Tracking

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Analyze product performance, conversion rates, and ad performance.
• Suggest improvements for increasing sales, visibility, and customer satisfaction.

6. Customer Service & Feedback Handling

• Monitor customer queries, reviews, return reasons, and ratings.
• Handle issue escalations and provide quick resolutions.
• Implement strategies to improve product ratings & reduce return rate.

7. Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with production, packaging, design, accounts, and logistics teams.
• Ensure all compliance requirements (GST, invoice, brand documents, etc.) are up to date for marketplaces.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
