About the Role

E-Commerce Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Operations

• Manage product listings, pricing, and catalog updates across the brand website and marketplaces.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order processing, packaging, and dispatch.
• Oversee payment gateways, returns, and refunds to ensure smooth customer transactions.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and synchronize inventory across all online platforms.

Marketplace Management

• Handle day-to-day operations on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and others.
• Monitor seller dashboards for order flow, penalties, and compliance requirements.
• Optimize product rankings, visibility, and performance using backend tools and reports.

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to exports, shipments, and supply chain activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Accounts, Warehouse) for seamless order fulfillment.
• Assist management in forecasting and supply chain planning activities.

Key Skills & Competencies

• 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce operations (preferably in Jewellery, Fashion, or D2C sectors).
• Strong understanding of marketplace dashboards, order management systems, and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of inventory management and e-commerce workflows.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
