E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets on ecommerce marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart.o Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.2. Marketplace Management:o Manage and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to enhance visibility and sales.o Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.o Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and coordinate with logistics teams as needed.3. Performance Analysis:o Monitor sales performance and key metrics, such as conversion rates, sales rankings, and customer reviews.o Prepare regular sales reports and present insights and recommendations to management.4. Customer Experience:o Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by monitoring and addressing customer feedback and reviews.o Resolve any issues related to orders, returns, and product quality promptly and effectively.5. Marketing and Promotions:o Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including sponsored ads, deals, and discounts to drive traffic and sales.o Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotions that align with overall brand strategy.Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.· Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, listing optimization, and online sales strategies.· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.· Proficiency in using ecommerce tools and software, such as Seller Central, Vendor Central, and other marketplace management tools.· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
