Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Platforms Manager to handle and grow our online sales channels. The role involves managing marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) as well as the company’s own e-commerce website, driving sales, optimizing listings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaigns across e-commerce marketplaces.
 Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and brand presence. Monitor marketplace performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion, ratings, reviews). Coordinate with inventory, dispatch, and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment. Handle product uploads, catalog management, A+ content creation, and SEO for better visibility. Manage relationships with marketplace account managers and resolve operational issues. Plan and execute digital promotions, offers, and festival sales campaigns. Analyze sales data and prepare regular MIS reports for management. Keep up-to-date with marketplace policies, trends, and competitor activities.

Key Skills & Requirements:

 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
 Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, catalog management, and online promotions. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace seller portals. Analytical mindset with ability to drive sales through data-driven strategies. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple platforms and meet sales targets.Qualification:  Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field.Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month or negotiable based on experience Job Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person
