Job Description

An E-Commerce Executive manages and optimizes a company's online sales channels, including developing digital marketing strategies, managing product listings, and analyzing sales data to increase revenue and enhance the customer experience. Key responsibilities include executing marketing campaigns, collaborating with other departments like marketing and IT, and ensuring the online store runs smoothly and efficiently.   • E-commerce operations: Manage the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including website maintenance and functionality.
  • Digital marketing: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales, which may include SEO, SEM, email, and social media.
  • Sales analysis and reporting: Monitor and analyze sales data, website performance metrics, and customer behavior to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Product and content management: Optimize product listings for visibility, ensure product information is accurate, and oversee content creation.
  • Customer experience: Improve the online shopping experience, manage customer inquiries, and provide support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory and logistics: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, IT, and design, to ensure a unified strategy.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is often required.
  • Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is crucial.
  • Technical skills: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Woo Commerce), digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush), and e-commerce software is necessary.
  • Strategic skills: Ability to analyze data, develop strategic plans, and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Soft skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills are essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
