Job Description

Job Overview:

E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Upload, update, and optimize product listings, images, descriptions, pricing, Etc.
Coordinate with marketing to execute online promotions and campaigns.
Monitor inventory levels, pricing strategies, and order fulfillment.
Analyze sales data and customer behavior to improve performance.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Track competitor activity and adjust strategy accordingly.
Generate performance reports and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in (hand on hand Experience in Zepto, Instamart, Swiggy, Blinkit).
Familiarity with major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and CMS platforms (Shopify, Woo Commerce, Magento, etc.).
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
Basic knowledge of SEO, online advertising, and customer journey mapping.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
