About the Role

We are hiring an E-commerce Executive with strong experience in online marketplace management. The candidate should be well-versed in product listing, catalog management, and seller panel operations on platforms like Meesho, Flipkart, Myntra, Amazon and others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings on Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and other e-commerce portals.
• Upload accurate product details (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, attributes).
• Track inventory, pricing, discounts, and promotions to maximize visibility and sales.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis).
• Handle order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer escalations on seller panels.
• Research competitor listings and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in e-commerce operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Meesho, Flipkart, Myntra seller dashboards (Amazon/other platforms a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas, reporting).
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SEO for product listings.
• Familiarity with e-commerce tools, ERP, or inventory management software.
• Experience in digital marketing / campaign management on marketplaces.
