As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our company's online sales and presence to ensure smooth operations and drive growth. Your role will encompass various aspects of the online retail experience, including managing website functionality, product listings, order processing, customer service, and marketing activities. Your key responsibilities will include: Website Management: Ensuring that our online storefront is user-friendly, visually appealing, and functions efficiently to provide a seamless shopping experience for customers. Product Listing and Inventory: Maintaining accurate and attractive product listings, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders to meet customer expectations. Order Processing and Customer Service: Handling online orders, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Marketing and Promotion: Developing and implementing online marketing strategies, such as SEO, social media, and email campaigns, to drive traffic to our website and increase sales. Data Analysis: Analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and using insights to enhance the overall performance of our e-commerce platform. Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with other teams, including sales, marketing, customer service, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive customer experience. This position welcomes Freshers and College students within the age limit of 18 to 30 years who are proficient in Tamil language.
