Job Description

Role Objective

To manage and grow both online and offline sales channels for the Sports Division, including e-commerce marketplaces, B2B clients, and dealer/distributor networks. The role focuses on operational excellence in e-commerce, efficient channel management, and driving overall sales through strong coordination, accurate execution, and effective customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce Channel Management

  • Manage daily operations of marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.
  • Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, promotions, and stock updates.
  • Monitor order flow, cancellations, and returns for a smooth customer experience.
  • Drive platform visibility through coordination with marketplace account managers.
  • Execute platform-specific promotions, deals, and growth programs.

2. Offline, B2B & Channel Sales

  • Manage sales with dealers, distributors, retailers, and institutional/B2B clients.
  • Develop new offline accounts and expand channel reach across regions.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective customer acquisition and relationship building.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiate terms with key partners.
  • Ensure timely order booking, dispatch coordination, and payment follow-up.
  • Gather market intelligence on pricing, competition, customer demand, and channel performance.

3. Order & Inventory Management

  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Track and maintain inventory for both online and offline channels.
  • Maintain product catalogue hygiene images, descriptions, compliance, SKU accuracy.

4. Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Monitor online and offline sales performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Analyze trends, fast-moving SKUs, channel-wise performance gaps.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales MIS, forecasts, and dashboards for management.
  • Manage reconciliation of payments, claims, returns, and debit notes with finance.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with production, dispatch, brand, and finance teams for seamless execution.
  • Ensure pricing consistency across e-commerce and offline channels to avoid conflicts.
  • Support new product launches, sampling, and commercial documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple stakeholders.
