Job Title: E-Commerce Catalogue Manager Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM) About Us We are a leading textile company expanding our online presence across third-party e-commerce platforms and our own website. Role Overview The E-Commerce Catalogue Manager will upload, organize, and maintain our product listings, ensuring accuracy and optimization for maximum visibility and conversion. Key Responsibilities Catalogue Management: Create and update product listings on third-party e-commerce sites and the company website—maintaining correct SKUs, pricing, descriptions, and stock levels. Content & Image Quality: Write concise product titles/descriptions aligned with brand voice and SEO best practices; ensure high-resolution images are properly formatted and tagged. Platform Compliance: Audit listings regularly for errors (mis-tagging, broken links) and adhere to each platform's image and content guidelines. Data & Reporting: Monitor key metrics (click-through, conversion, bounce rates) and provide weekly reports with actionable recommendations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with design for image assets, merchandising for inventory updates, and marketing for promotional activities. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree. Minimum 2 years' experience managing e-commerce catalogues—preferably in textiles or fashion. Proven familiarity with platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, or similar marketplaces. Technical Skills Platform Proficiency: Experience with seller/vendor dashboards on third-party marketplaces and CMS for websites (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.). Basic Image Editing: Ability to crop, resize, and annotate images using Photoshop or equivalent. Data Management: Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas). SEO Fundamentals: Knowledge of keyword optimization for product listings. Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and version control. Personal Attributes Organized, deadline-oriented, and able to manage multiple SKUs simultaneously. Proactive problem solver who identifies and corrects catalogue issues promptly.
