About the Role

We’re seeking a tech-savvy and agile E-Commerce Associate to manage our online marketplace presence across Amazon, Flipkart, and quick-commerce platforms. Your role will involve account handling, ad campaign management, inventory forecasting, shipment scheduling, promotion planning, and ensuring fast-commerce readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketplace Management
• Oversee seller accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, and quick-commerce platforms
• Maintain accurate and updated listings; monitor health metrics, reviews, claims, and returns.
• Ad Campaign & Promotion Execution
• Design, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across platforms.
• Plan and execute sales campaigns, deals, and quick-commerce flash promotions.
• Inventory & Forecast Planning
• Forecast inventory needs for both traditional and quick-commerce channels.
• Manage FBA/FBF shipments, removal orders, and inbound scheduling.
• Logistics & Shipment Scheduling
• Implement timely dispatch plans tied to warehouse operations and courier partners.
• Coordinate quick-commerce order readiness and fast-tracking workflows.
• Quick Commerce Operations
• Understand the rapid 10- to 30-minute delivery expectations.
• Sync with dark store inventory, prepare hyperlocal delivery readiness, and manage SKU velocity.
• Reporting & Analytics
• Monitor daily sales, fulfillment performance, return rates, and promotional impact.
• Coordinate with finance on reconciliations and manage inventory analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; a specialization in e-commerce, marketing, or operations is a plus.
• 4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably including quick-commerce exposure.
• Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central — listings, FBA workflows, removal, and returns.
• Inventorization tools knowledge: ERP/WMS such as Unicommerce, EasyEcom, etc.
• Comfortable managing e-commerce ad campaigns (PPC, sponsored ads).
• Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills; basic analysis and reporting.
• Must be proactive, highly organized, and fast-moving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
