Job Description

The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales platforms to ensure smooth operations, drive traffic, and maximize revenue. The role involves handling product listings, inventory coordination, order management, digital marketing support, and customer experience enhancement across all e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Management
  • Upload and update product listings, descriptions, prices, and images across all online platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Nykaa, company website, etc.)
  • Ensure accurate product categorization and keyword optimization for better visibility.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams for creative and promotional materials.
  • Order & Inventory Management
  • Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the warehouse/inventory team for timely replenishment.
  • Track and process online orders, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Handle returns, cancellations, and refunds efficiently.
  • Sales & Performance Analysis
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across platforms.
  • Generate reports on product performance, customer behavior, and campaign ROI.
  • Identify trends and propose strategies to increase conversion rates and sales.
  • Marketing Coordination
  • Support in running promotional campaigns, discounts, and festive sales.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team on SEO, SEM, email, and social media marketing.
  • Coordinate with marketplace account managers for visibility and promotional opportunities.
  • Customer Service & Feedback
  • Monitor reviews and feedback to maintain brand reputation.
  • Coordinate with the support team to ensure prompt responses and resolutions.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
  • Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online marketing.
  • Experience with online marketplaces and CMS platforms preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
