E-Commerce Assistant

We are looking for a smart, organized, and responsible E-commerce Assistant (Female) to manage our online business activities. The candidate will handle product listings, order management, customer chats, Indiamart lead follow-ups, and social media updates.

You will work closely with our marketing and design team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings on Shopify, Indiamart, Amazon and other online platforms
• Update prices, images, descriptions, stock availability, and product details regularly
• Handle customer inquiries and messages through chat, WhatsApp, and Indiamart
• Process online orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery updates
• Maintain sales reports and stock records for e-commerce channels
• Assist in social media posting and promotional activities
• Coordinate with the design and printing team for customized product orders
• Support online marketing campaigns and promotional uploads when required

Required Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Sheets)
• Familiar with Shopify, Indiamart, or other e-commerce platforms
• Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
• Social media handling knowledge (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to handle customer queries politely and effectively

Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduate (Any Stream)
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply; training will be provided)
