E-Commerce Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with hands-on experience in managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Meesho. The candidate should be comfortable handling daily operations, listings, sales performance, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra & Meesho
• Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images)
• Monitor sales, pricing, offers, and inventory across platforms
• Handle order processing, returns, refunds, and customer queries
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch
• Analyze sales reports and prepare performance dashboards
• Run and optimize marketplace ads and promotions
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and SLAs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management
• Strong knowledge of Amazon .in or .com, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal & Meesho
• Basic understanding of SEO, cataloging, and pricing strategies
• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Work closely with the marketing team for campaigns and launches

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
