Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Assistant to support day-to-day marketplace operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, understands online selling platforms, and wants hands-on exposure to how an e-commerce brand is run end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Operations

• Manage daily operations on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
• Order processing, tracking, and coordination with logistics partners
• Handle returns, cancellations, RTOs, and customer queries

Catalog & Listings

• Assist in product listing, cataloging, and content updates
• Ensure accuracy of product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory
• Coordinate updates related to offers, pricing, and stock availability

Inventory & Coordination

• Track inventory movement and maintain stock records
• Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams for order fulfillment
• Assist in forecasting basic inventory requirements

Reporting & Data

• Maintain daily and weekly MIS reports (sales, orders, inventory, returns)
• Support basic analysis of sales and performance metrics

Compliance & Hygiene

• Ensure marketplace guidelines, documentation, and product compliance are followed
• Flag issues proactively to avoid penalties or listing suspensions

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations (internship experience acceptable)
• Familiarity with at least one marketplace platform (Amazon / Flipkart / Meesho)
• Basic Excel skills (filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to coordinate across teams and vendors
• Willingness to work from office (Mulund West)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,512.75 - ₹15,000.00 per month
