Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our E-Commerce team as E-Commerce Assistants. This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in online business operations, product management, and e-commerce platforms.

Successful candidates may receive a full-time job offer based on performance after completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in listing and managing products on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
• Maintain accurate product information — titles, images, pricing, descriptions, and inventory.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for order processing, returns, and dispatch.
• Support customer service by tracking orders, resolving queries, and updating records.
• Monitor product performance, reviews, and competitor listings.
• Help create basic content for product listings and promotional activities.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree (any stream).
• Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online business operations.
• Basic computer and Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be available for on-site work in Coimbatore.
