Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an E-commerce & Ads Manager. The E-commerce & Ads Manager will oversee the development and management of online sales channels, including product listings, website optimization, and campaign management. Responsibilities include planning and executing digital ad campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and enhancing customer engagement strategies. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure successful product launches and continual growth of the e-commerce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• E-commerce management skills such as product listing, marketplace management, and website optimization.
• Expertise in digital advertising, including campaign planning, analytics, ROI assessment, and social media ads.
• Experience in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting metrics.
• Strong organizational and project management skills for coordinating with teams and managing deadlines.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the textile, garment, or related industries would be advantageous.
• A creative and analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
