Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-Com Executive based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include managing online platforms and marketplaces for product listings, inventory updates, and promotions. The role involves working on content creation and optimization for e-commerce portals to enhance visibility and customer appeal. Day-to-day tasks also include monitoring sales data, handling customer queries, collaborating with internal teams for order fulfillment, and analyzing platform performance to implement strategic improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in E-Commerce Management, Marketplace Operations, and Inventory Control
• Content Creation, Optimization, and Digital Marketing skills
• Experience in analyzing sales data and implementing strategic improvements
• Familiarity with customer support processes and collaboration with internal teams
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience with textile, garment, or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
