E-commerce & Ads Manager

Responsibilities 1.     Plan and manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display). 2.     Track and analyze key metrics (impressions, clicks, CPC, CTR, ROAS, ACoS, conversions). 3.     Manage ad budgets, bids, and strategies to scale profitable campaigns. 4.     Run paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn. 5.     Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis for a better campaign strategy. 6.     Create remarketing campaigns to reduce cart abandonment and improve repeat purchases. 7.     Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements to achieve KPIs. 8.     Stay updated with the latest advertising tools, marketplace trends, and e-commerce strategies.   Qualifications & Skills ·      Bachelor’s degree or related field. ·      Must have Experience in the Industry, Personal care/Healthcare/Beauty ·      Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and Analytics tools. ·      Strong analytical, reporting, and campaign optimization skills. ·      Proven experience in Amazon Ads (PPC campaigns) and multi-platform digital advertising. · Preferred Candidate from Delhi/NCR ·      Excellent communication and coordination skills.
