E-Commerce Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven E-Commerce Account Manager to manage and optimize seller accounts across multiple online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, operational, and communication skills with hands-on experience in marketplace management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, Jiomart, Myntra etc.
• Handle product listing, catalog creation, optimization, and pricing updates.
• Monitor account health, claims, returns, and performance metrics.
• Manage orders, inventory, dispatch coordination, and stock forecasting.
• Work on increasing product visibility through keywords, promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns.
• Analyze sales data, product performance, and competitor activities to drive growth.
• Resolve customer issues, order defects, and marketplace escalations.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and present business insights.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain healthy account status.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an E-Commerce Account Manager (Amazon/Flipkart, Meesho experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of marketplace dashboards and seller central tools.
• Good communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Education:

• Any graduate or Postgraduate .

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
