E-Commerce Account Manager

Job Description:

Fetch International is hiring an experienced E-commerce Accounts Manager, preferably with strong experience in GCC-based marketplaces such as Trendyol, Noon, Snoonu, and Amazon. The role also involves handling Indian platforms like Flipkart and others.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage listings, pricing, and inventory across various e-commerce platforms

- Process daily orders, handle returns, and respond to customer inquiries

- Coordinate with logistics and internal teams

- Monitor marketplace account health and performance metrics

- Run promotional campaigns and track effectiveness

Preferred Skills & Experience:

- 2–3 years of proven experience in managing e-commerce marketplace accounts

- GCC marketplace experience is highly preferred

- Strong communication and coordination skills

- Familiarity with online dashboards, reports, and Excel
