Product Cataloging: Create, manage, and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and appealing content for online platforms.• Account Management: Oversee and maintain e-commerce business accounts, including marketplaces and direct online stores.• Inventory & Replenishment Management: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.• Sales Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed sales reports, track performance metrics. • Client Communication & Relationship Management: Handle client inquiries, orders, and concerns, ensuring smooth end-to-end management and a positive customer experience.
Qualifications2-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the apparel industry. Proven experience in managing product catalogs, inventory systems, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, etc.)Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reports building (sales, inventory, replenishments, allocations)Knowledge of online marketing and sales strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
