Experience – 4+ years

Location – PAN India

Job Requirement:

 4+ years of project experience and minimum 3+ years in Power Platform development and

customizations

 Deep understanding of D365 capabilities, architecture, and deployment of online solutions

 Excellent understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules including Sales, Service,

Marketing, and Field Service

 Experience driving Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases: discovery,

definition, build, test, and deploy

Must Have Skills:

o PowerApps (Model-Driven Apps)

o Power Automate

o Familiar with Dataverse

o Power apps component framework

o Web Resources

o Plugins/Custom workflow activity

o Actions

o Security and Solution Management

o Ribbon Customization

Excellent Proficiency with:

o C#, CRM SDK, Web APIs, Azure Functions

o JavaScript

o Plugins, Custom Workflows, Batch Jobs

o 3rd-party API integrations

Nice to Have Skills:

o MS Sales Module

o Power BI

o Power Pages and Canvas App

o Power BI

o CRM with AI

o Business Process Flow

o Azure Function

o Experience integrating CRM with other business systems/applications

Job Role Description:
