The Dynamics 365 CE Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and Azure services. The role requires strong hands-on technical expertise in Omnichannel, PCF controls, and integration with cloud-based architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance solutions within

  Dynamics 365 CE Customer Service

  , especially

  Omnichannel

  features
• Build

  PCF (Power Apps Component Framework)

  controls for custom UI and behavior
• Develop and maintain applications using

  Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages

• Integrate D365 CE with

  Azure services

  , focusing on secure API authentication
• Participate in full

  SDLC

  : requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
• Implement scalable, secure, and optimized solutions in

  on-premise and cloud environments

• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide ongoing system support
  
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications
  
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and documentation requirements
  
• Support large-scale, high-availability applications in hosted production environments
