1 Microsoft Power Platform Expertise

o             Extensive experience with Power Apps Power Automate Formerly Flow Power BI and Copilot Studio formerly Power Virtual Agents

o             Proficiency in developing custom applications using Power Apps including canvas and modeldriven apps

o             Advanced knowledge of building automated workflows using Power Automate

o             Experience in creating and managing Power BI reports and dashboards

2              Microsoft Dynamics 365 Proficiency

o             Indepth understanding of Dynamics 365 modules including Customer Service Sales Field Service and Marketing

o             Ability to customize and configure Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements

o             Experience with Dynamics 365 Common Data Service CDS  Dataverse

3              Database Management

o             Expertise in SQL and relational database management systems

o             Experience with Dataverse and understanding of database schema and relationships

4              Security and Compliance

o             Knowledge of security best practices in the context of Power Platform and Dynamics 365

5              Agile and DevOps Practices

o             Experience working in AgileScrum environments

o             Familiarity with DevOps practices CICD pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions

6              ProblemSolving and Analytical Skills

o             Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

o             Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

7              Communication and Collaboration

o             Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

o             Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams including business analysts project managers and other developers

8              Certifications Preferred

o             Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer Associate

o             Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365  Power Platform Solution Architect Expert

o             Other relevant Microsoft certifications

9              Experience

o             Typically 3 years of experience in developing and deploying solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365

o             Proven track record of successful project implementations and deployments
