This is a voice-based international BPO role focused on collections, retention, and sales. Location: Mumbai (with centralized pickup and home drop facility) Qualifications: Minimum SSC (10th pass) and above Experience Required: Minimum 6 months of international BPO voice experience in retention, sales, or collections Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM Week Offs: 2 rotational offs per week Salary: Up to 35,000 for non-collections experience Up to 38,000 for candidates with collections experience Perks & Benefits: Centralized pickup Home drop facilityRole & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
