Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight:

    Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments, including guest services, technical operations, and concessions.
  • Staff Management:

    Lead and motivate team members, conducting training sessions, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Guest Relations:

    Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Implement feedback to enhance the guest experience.
  • Crisis Management:

    Act as the first point of contact for any emergencies or operational issues, responding swiftly to resolve problems and ensure safety protocols are followed.
  • Event Coordination:

    Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events and promotions, ensuring seamless operations during high-traffic periods.
  • Financial Oversight:

    Assist in managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring that financial transactions are accurately processed.
  • Compliance:

    Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
  • Leadership Skills:

    Proven ability to lead a team effectively, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving:

    Strong decision-making abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
  • Customer Focus:

    Passion for providing outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
  • Flexibility:

    Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
