We are actively hiring for DTL - CX Specialist (Coach & Trainer)!!!

Location

Shifts

Immediate Joiner preferred

Roles and Responsibilities: -

Conduct training sessions on customer experience strategies for team leaders and ambassadors.
Join coaching sessions with leaders, providing real-time insights to enhance customer interactions.
Listen to wow calls, identifying standout moments and recognizing Customer Experience Brand Mascots of the Week.
Communicate success stories and best practices to reinforce a culture of excellence.
Be the face of customer experience strategies, engaging with new batches to set service expectations.
Stay updated on market trends to ensure training aligns with evolving customer needs.

Qualifications & Skills: -

Experience in customer experience training, coaching, and live call assessments.
Strong understanding of service excellence strategies and real-time coaching techniques.
Ability to engage, inspire, and recognize leaders driving exceptional customer experiences.
Passion for turning great service into a standard practice through training and recognition.
