Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Identify, onboard, and manage DSAs/connectors for SME/business loan sourcing.
Drive disbursals through channel partner engagement.
Train partners on product knowledge and documentation.
Monitor partner performance and implement productivity strategies.
Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory norms.
Liaise with Credit, Risk, and Ops for process efficiency.
Travel regularly for partner meetings and lead generation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
48 years of experience in DSA/channel sales (SME/Business Loans)
Strong understanding of unsecured lending and market practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in local language and Hindi/English
Must be open to travel within the assigned region
Preferred: Experience with NBFCs, fintechs, or banks; existing DSA network in Ballari and surrounding areas
