We are looking for a driven and self-motivated individual to join our Droom Assist Tele Sales team. As a key sales contributor, you will engage directly with customers, drive conversions, and deliver an exceptional buying experience. This role is ideal for someone who is results-oriented, passionate about sales, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
1. Customer Engagement & Conversion
• Proactively reach out to prospective leads through calls and other communication channels.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Drive sales through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
2. Sales Target Achievement
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Execute defined telesales strategies and contribute to overall team success.
3. Communication & Relationship Management
• Maintain a high standard of communication and customer service throughout the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
4. Reporting & Documentation
• Accurately document customer interactions, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Provide regular updates and insights on sales activities and outcomes.
5. Operational Efficiency
• Manage service requests, resolve queries, and ensure timely response to customer concerns.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently
• Ability to adapt to fast-changing environments and priorities
