YouTube and social media strategy

across all major platforms.This is an exciting opportunity for a digital strategist who understands how to create engaging educational content, build online communities, and lead creative teams to scale impactful social media presence.

🕒 Experience Required

8–10 years (in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy leadership roles)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Drishti IAS’s YouTube and social media growth strategy across multiple channels.
• Manage a creative and production team for video and digital content.
• Analyze audience engagement and design data-driven growth plans.
• Collaborate with faculty and content teams to deliver educational storytelling at scale.
• Ensure brand consistency and innovation in all social media communication.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven leadership in YouTube content growth and social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, digital analytics, and content algorithms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Experience working in EdTech, media, or education-related domains preferred.
