Drip Marketing Specialist

As a Drip Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing automated marketing workflows that nurture leads, increase engagement, and support revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create data-driven drip campaigns across email, SMS, and other automation channels, ensuring impactful communication aligned with customer journey stages.

Role & Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage drip marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and automation platforms.
• Design personalized customer journeys and workflows based on behavior, lifecycle, and segmentation.
• Develop nurturing sequences to guide prospects through the funnel and re-engage inactive customers.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to deliver targeted messaging for each stage.
• Segment audiences using behavioral data, engagement history, demographics, and lead scoring.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions) and optimize campaigns continuously.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data privacy standards.
• Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, CTAs, and send-time optimization.
• Integrate drip campaigns with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing automation and drip campaign management.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Zoho Marketing Automation, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
• Strong understanding of lead nurturing workflows, segmentation, and email personalization.
• Strong visual storytelling abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present ideas clearly to technical and non-technical teams.
