Job Summary:

The Drip Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating automated marketing workflows to nurture leads, engage customers, and support the sales pipeline. This role requires strong expertise in email marketing, customer segmentation, and marketing automation tools to ensure campaigns are data-driven and deliver measurable results.

Plan, build, and manage drip marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and other marketing automation channels.
Design and implement drip campaigns to guide prospects through the sales funnel and re-engage inactive customers.
Develop customer journeys and workflows tailored to user behaviors, lifecycle stages, and personas.

Must-Have Experience

Hands-on expertise in marketing automation platforms (Zoho Marketing Automation, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
Strong understanding of drip campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and email personalization.
Proficient in automation tools, segmentation & trigger-based campaigns.
Knowledge of email deliverability & compliance.
Creative eye for email design & user experience
Strong visual storytelling skills with attention to detail.
