Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and review of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for infrastructure and development projects.

• Conduct site visits, surveys, and feasibility studies to collect data and technical inputs.

• Coordinate with ULBs, government departments, consultants, and technical teams for information gathering and project validation.

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, design briefs, and implementation schedules in line with project requirements.

• Ensure DPRs comply with technical standards, government norms, and funding agency guidelines.

• Support the preparation of tender documents, RFPs, and project proposals.

• Provide technical support during project evaluation and monitoring stages.

• Develop presentations, progress reports, and technical documentation for stakeholder review.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or Project Management.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in DPR preparation for infrastructure or urban development projects.

• Hands-on experience with data analysis, costing, technical drawings, and feasibility assessments.

• Strong understanding of CPWD, MoRTH, or Smart City project guidelines.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, and report drafting tools.

• Excellent coordination, analytical, and report-writing skills.

• Ability to manage multiple DPRs and deliver quality documentation within deadlines.
