Media Executive

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Social Media Executive for an on-site role located in Pune. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies, creating and curating content, optimizing social media platforms, and engaging with our audience. Daily tasks will include media planning, writing and scheduling posts, and monitoring social media channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Qualification

• ·Design branded creatives for social media, IEC materials, dashboards, and events.
• Develop campaign identities that reflect civic pride, cleanliness, and community action.
• Prepare banners, templates, infographics, feedback forms, and media-ready content.
• Support video and field teams with overlay designs, thumbnails, and captions.
• Maintain a ready creative asset bank aligned with project themes and visual guidelines.
• Collaborate with campaign content lead, IEC teams, and zonal staff for rollout.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in Media Planning
• Ability to develop and implement effective social media strategies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
• Experience in the facilities and waste management industry is a plus
